Pacman Jones Tells Michael Irvin He Wants Big D

The buzz created after Adam “Pacman” Jones appeared on the Michael Irvin Radio Show was loud. Everyone immediately knew that Dallas Cowboy owner Jerry Jones would be on the phone asking the Tennessee Titans what they want for Jones. The early word is that Jerry Jones is offering a 7th round pick and a player to be named later.

The Titans aren’t crazy or desperate even after granting Pacman the freedom to work out a deal with another team. He’s a franchise cornerback and they won’t just give him away for that offer.

If Al Davis and the Raiders could have waited they would have been in the mix for Pacman. We believe he is a better cornerback (and player) than DeAngelo Hall… but it ain’t our money.

It should obvious to anyone who watched the cowboys playoff loss
to the giants, they need a third corner, or perhaps another starter to replace Anthony Henry(who could be moved to safety)Pac is very talented, but there are better ways to do it, namely through the draft. Dallas owns two first rounders, so make a cornerback a top priority. There is plenty of depth in the draft at that position as well as their other needs at running back and wide receiver. You’ve already got players on the team with character issues, T.O., Tank Johnson and maybe Ken Hamlin. You add to many players like that and it starts to show up in your laundry,,,,unless you want to be the cinncinati cowboys.

Come on Buzz G… I know a lifelong Dallas Cowboy fan like you isn’t getting Holier Than Thou all of a sudden. We can go to the ’90’s with Jimmy “How ’bout dem Cowboys” Johnson. JJ had a team with Leon Lett, Mike Irvin and Nate “213lbs. of Bud” Newton. You remember the White House and all the illegal stuff going on.

Pacman Jones wouldn’t have been able to keep up with them boys. Tank would have fit in just fine however.

And T.O. is finished and Romo is overrated… Wade Phillips is a Bum (pun intended). Jerry Jones is crazy but I like the method to his madness.

Come back to reality Buzz G!
