Are Packers Fans Willing To Accept Vick In The Family

Signing Mike Vick was a top secret discussion amoung the coaching staff today in Packersville. Our insiders told us they had to swear on their first born’s life not to discuss the team’s interest in signing Vick. I was told that discussions are very serious and that the team is very interested in having him come in to back up Aaron Rodgers. They have no confidence in their quarterbacks if something happens to Rodgers. Stay tuned!

I would rather have a confessed criminal in Green Bay at the QB position than a self-centered, self-serving crybaby Benedict Arnold (in case you haven’t figured it out, I am talking about Brett Fagre).

Unbelievable, throw Favre (a legend in the NFL) to the curb and pursue a convicted felon. As a long time packer fan I find this truly disgusting from an organization that I always believed was unique.

The simple truth is Vick would make the Packers a better team. ARod is the man, but has been known to get hurt. Also, a healthy ARaod, Vick, Grant, and others in the Pack backfield would be a legit threat against any NFL defense. Go get’em Pack!

  5. Green Bay might just be the best place for Vick. I personally wouldn’t be happy about it, but I know that the city would end up forgiving Mike Vick as they did with #4 when he had his issues. They also forgave Koren Robinson for what he did. I’ll take the “if it happens – it happens” approach and worry about it when he signs.

  6. I likethe signing of Vick an he should too. I mean he would be a proven back-up because we know Rodgers our guy but, he woud help in a Percy harvin/Kordell Stewart type way that the packers could use. Most of all he would give us a little swagger about ourself that green bay has lost in recent years. “Ted go get him”.

I’d take Vick in Heart beat !! Such a great talent and yes, we will forgive him. Who ever ends up with Vick will be glad they took the chance. He is a better man now and has/had to grow up. Losing 150 mill or better will do that..Go Packers, and get Mike !! We know at least he WANTS to play football !!!

A defensive coordinators nightmare !!!!!!!! They will have to worry about Vick coming into the game every week, even if he doesn’t, the other team will have to go through SPECIAL drills and spend time just to defend if Vick does come into the game, kind of like a permenant decoy. Great idea .

I am not a Packers fan but if they get Mike Vick I will definately become one, my husband has always been a Packers fan and he is kinda worried about the quarterback situation. He says ARod needs a backup but hopes he does not feel threatened by Vick being backup. He feels confident with ARod playing quarterback and Vick is a great addition to his favorite team the Packers

This truly excites me. I have been a packer fan my whole life im 28. All I have to say about this is that then there would be no worries about if rodgers did get hurt. Think about it he is one of the better talents that has played in the NFL. Has had two years to work out and stay healthy an now he has something to prove. We will get him fro half of what he was worth and he still has the talent.
Think about it great talent half the price

I believe everyone is being bias because here we have a man who gave money to friends and family members who fought dogs while he was not in GA during the fights but yet he was convicted. But here we have Donte Stallworth who killed a person but he was in jail for 30 days. So I don’t understand why Micheal Vick cannot have a second chance with a wonderful team like Green bay. So I say just shut up and let the man play

Vick has signed a 2-year deal with the Eagles… he’s not going to the Packers.
